Refund & Guarantee Policy
At Prolan Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how and in which situations you can return the product and get your money back.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. A return is accepted only if the bottle is sealed and unused, and its original packaging is intact.
How to return
The return process is simple:
- First, email us at [email protected] or call our helpline.
- Give us your name, phone number and order details, and briefly explain the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.
- Send the sealed product back according to the instructions we provide.
When a return is not possible
A return or refund cannot be accepted in the following situations:
- The bottle has been opened, the seal is broken, or the product has been used.
- More than 14 days have passed since the product was received.
- The original packaging is missing or badly damaged.
Refund timeframe
As soon as we receive the returned product and our team has completed its inspection, we begin processing your refund. Since payment is made through Cash on Delivery, the refund is usually sent to the bank account or mobile wallet you provide, which normally takes 7 to 14 working days after approval.
Damaged or incorrect product
If you receive a broken, damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately. In such a case, we will replace the product or give you a full refund.
